March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction

Join an evening of culinary excellence at the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction, Orange County on Thursday, Oct. 13 at 6 p.m. at Vaca Terrace tower in Costa Mesa.
Lead chef Amar Santana of Vaca and Broadway and some of the most prominent chefs of Orange County will offer signature tasting masterpieces specially created for the evening and fabulous wines all to benefit March of Dimes.
Chefs include Greg Daniels of Haven Gastropub, Yvon Goetz of the Winery Restaurant and Wine bar, Steve Kling of Five Crowns and Side Door, Michael Puglisi of Electric City Butcher, Rainer Schwarz of Driftwood Kitchen, Noah von Bloom of ARC Food & Libations and Restaurant Marin, Justin Miller of Pizzeria Ortica, James Hamamori of Hamamori, Brian Huskey of Tackle Box, Niki Starr Weyler of Mesa Lounge, Rachel Klemek of Blackmarket Bakery, Michael Campbell of The Loft, Alan Greeley of The Golden Truffle, Sandro Nardone, Dee Nguyen of Break of Dawn, The Halal Guys and Capital Noodle Bar.
Guests will also enjoy a collection of vintners with great wine selections, a special dessert tasting as well as a live auction featuring one-of-a-kind travel and dining packages and more! Food, wine and beer tasting and a big board auction is from 6 to 8 p.m., dessert, evening program and live auction is from 8 to 9 p.m.
